Indications
This product is clinically indicated for:
- Osteoporotic vertebral bone collapse
- Ankylosing Spondylitis
- Conservative management of Vertebral Bone Tuberculosis
- Post-operative, post-traumatic, or chronic spinal pathology
- Thoracolumbar junction complications requiring moderate immobilization
This is a clinical-grade device. Fitting must be performed by a qualified orthopaedic surgeon, physiotherapist, or orthotist. Do not self-adjust the aluminum frame.
Care Instructions
- Wipe aluminum frame with clean damp cloth — do not submerge
- Hand wash fabric lining and stockinet with mild detergent; air dry
- Inspect metal components regularly for bending or wear
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

The Adore ASH Brace (AD-108) — also known as a Hyperextension Brace — is a rigid, clinical-grade spinal orthosis designed for patients requiring controlled thoracolumbar extension and moderate spinal immobilisation. Its aerodynamically contoured frame features a telescoping aluminium section and a malleable horizontal crossbar, allowing clinicians to customise the fit precisely.
Clavicle straps with a soft cotton stockinet lining ensure skin comfort during extended wear. This hyperextension brace is widely used across India and internationally for managing osteoporotic vertebral collapse, ankylosing spondylitis, and spinal tuberculosis. Sized by patient height: short (152–183 cm) and long (above 183 cm).
