Indications
This product is clinically indicated for:
- Arthritic knee pain
- Osteoarthritis of the knee
- Ligament or tendon injury
- Quad cramps
- Knee sprain
- Weak knees
The patellar opening should be centred over the kneecap when applied. If the opening shifts during wear, the sizing may need adjustment.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Air dry flat in shade — do not wring
- Do not bleach or iron

The Adore Knee Cap Open Patella (AD-404) features the same effective spandex-based compression fabric as our standard knee cap, with a circular opening over the kneecap to reduce direct patellar pressure while delivering full circumferential compression to surrounding structures.
Particularly useful for patients where direct patellar pressure causes discomfort. Available in sizes S (37–43 cm) to XXL (61–67 cm).
