The Adore Knee Cap Rigid Hinge (AD-405) is a step up from a standard elastic knee cap, incorporating rigid lateral hinges that provide mediolateral stability alongside the compressive benefits of spandex fabric. The hinges limit unwanted side-to-side movement while still allowing natural flexion and extension.
Appropriate for patients with more significant ligament instability requiring additional structural support. Available in sizes S (37–43 cm) to XXL (61–67 cm).
