Indications
This product is clinically indicated for:
- Plantar fasciitis
- Plantar fat pad atrophy
- Metatarsalgia (stone bruise / ball of foot pain)
Place the pad just behind the metatarsal heads (ball of foot) so it lifts rather than sits directly under the pain point.
Care Instructions
- Wash with mild soap and lukewarm water
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry fully
- Do not expose to high heat or direct sunlight
- Replace when the pad loses its shape or cushioning
